These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Let's Go governing your access to and use of the Let's Go platform, including our mobile applications, web applications, software, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

You must meet all legal eligibility requirements in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your credentials.

You may be required to verify your identity, phone number, payment method, and other account information before using some Services.

Let's Go provides a technology platform that enables users to request and arrange transportation and related services from independent third-party providers.

Let's Go does not provide transportation services directly unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

You must not:

• Endanger, threaten, harass, or discriminate against any person
• Misuse the Services, platform features, promotions, or payment systems
• Create fraudulent accounts or provide false information
• Violate platform safety and compliance requirements

By using paid Services, you agree to applicable fares, fees, and charges shown through the platform.

You authorize Let's Go and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for:

• Trip fares and service charges
• Applicable taxes and tolls
• Cancellation, wait-time, and adjustment fees (where applicable)

All charges are final except where required by law or expressly allowed by platform policy.

Cancellation terms depend on service type, timing, and local rules. Potential charges may apply when cancellation occurs after a provider has accepted a request or has already arrived.

Refund requests are reviewed under platform policy and applicable law.

Drivers, delivery providers, merchants, and other third parties on the platform are independent businesses or contractors, not employees of Let's Go, unless otherwise required by law.

Let's Go is not responsible for third-party products, services, conduct, or content except as required under applicable law.

You consent to data collection and processing necessary to provide, improve, secure, and support the Services.

All platform content, trademarks, service marks, software, and related intellectual property are owned by Let's Go or its licensors.

If you submit reviews, feedback, photos, recordings, or other content through the Services, you grant Let's Go a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Services, subject to applicable law.

Let's Go may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time as required for operations, security, compliance, or product improvement.

Let's Go may suspend or terminate access to the Services where required for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, policy enforcement, or other legitimate business reasons.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Let's Go disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let's Go is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let's Go and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. and state law as specified in the controlling legal notice for your jurisdiction.
